Your memory inside the Claude app 📱

Recallbase is not desktop-only: connect your project memory as a connector to the Claude app or ChatGPT — then ask "what was the status of project X?" on the go, save notes and search your knowledge. No installation, takes 60 seconds.

1Get an account & API key

If you haven't already: create a free account — your API key (brain_…) is shown once during signup. Already have an account? Create a new key anytime in your account area (e.g. named "phone").

2Build your connector URL

Paste your API key here — the finished URL appears below (stays on your device, never sent anywhere):

https://api.recallbase.de/mcp?key=YOUR_API_KEY

⚠️ The URL contains your key — treat it like a password. Key lost or shared? Delete it in your account and create a new one.

3Connect in the Claude app

Open the Claude app → Profile → Settings → Connectors (or claude.ai → Settings → Connectors)
Choose "Add custom connector"
Name: Recallbase, URL: paste your connector URL from step 2
Save — done. In new chats you can now enable Recallbase as a tool.

Custom connectors are available on paid Claude plans (Pro/Max/Team). In ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors → "Advanced/Developer mode" → add a connector with the same URL.

4Try it out

Ask your phone agent, for example:

💬 "Check Recallbase: what was the latest status of the webshop project?"

💬 "Search my memory for Stripe webhook — where did we solve that?"

💬 "Save a note in the webshop project: customer wants delivery from August, price confirmed."

The note lands in your project memory — your next desktop session sees it automatically in context. Phone and computer share the same brain.
